Not to brag, but I was a pleasure to have in class

I wish I could tell you that I've always known what I wanted to do. But the truth is, life rarely progresses in a straight line. 

Customer service taught me that, while the right words can make things better, listening is usually all it takes. 

In social media management, I learned how to give brands a voice and build a presence that attracts, surprises, and delights audiences. 

Community management was a risk that took me out of my comfort zone, giving me the space to connect with customers further down the funnel and hone my writing skills at the same time. 

Its a circuitous path, but if there's one thing I've learned...
